ECA/CEEF Scheme

The wireless Building Energy Management System (BEMS) range of products has qualified for the  Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) programme, approved by the Carbon Trust .

The ECA scheme enables businesses to claim 100%  first-year capital allowance on investments in energy-saving equipment, against the taxable profits of the period of investment. For those organisations in the Scottish public sector, applying to the Central Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF) could help eliminate a large proportion of the cost of implementing energy saving projects.
